摘要:

针对模糊系统不能有效表示系统中的随机性,给出了一种Mamdani型概率模糊系统的建模方法。该模型不需要领域专家的知识,可以直接从已有数据生成概率模糊规则。相应地给出了一种概率模糊推理方法。概率模糊系统综合了模糊系统的易理解性和概率系统的统计特性,能够对数据中的随机性进行更好地表示和处理。以概率模糊系统在时间序列分析中的应用为例,通过与“查表法”(table look-up scheme) 的比较,说明了所提方法的有效性。

Abstract:

A modeling method of the Mamdani type probabilistic fuzzy system is presented to deal with randomness residing in fuzzy systems. Probabilistic fuzzy rules are directly generated from numerical data in this model without the aid of domain experts. A probabilistic fuzzy reasoning scheme is proposed accordingly. The probabilistic fuzzy system can provide better representation of randomness residing in data, by combining the interpretability of fuzzy systems with the statistical properties of probabilistic systems. The application to the analysis of time series is taken as an example to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed method through a comparison with the table look-up scheme.
