摘要:

针对效能不能直接反映导弹武器系统固有属性的不足,用能力取代效能,直接分析能力形成与性能指标间的关系;将费用、能力等同武器性能指标作为输入参数,增加了方案的调节裕度。针对费用模糊随机性,用云模型加以刻画。建立费用、能力、时间三维权衡方程,用理想点法度量可行方案稳定性,并构建基于云轨迹的费用能力空间(costcapability space based on cloudy track, CCSBCT)局部搜索算法进行求解。仿真结果表明,该方法能有效反映输入参数与权衡函数的关系,并能有效提高解的收敛速度。

Abstract:

Aiming at the deficiency that the connatural property of missile weapon systems cannot be reflected  directly  by the effectiveness, the concept of effectiveness is replaced by the capability, and the relation between the ability  of forming and perfomance indexes is analyzed directly. Then the cost and capability are equal to the performance indexes of weapon systems and are used as input parameters, which increases the scheme regulative space. To describe the fuzzy and random characteristics of the cost, the cost cloudy model is proposed. The three dimensional weight function of cost,  capability  and time is built, and the stability of the scheme is measured by the ideal point method. Then the partly search algorithm of cost capability space based on cloudy track (CCSBCT) is given. Simulation results demonstrate that the proposed algorithm is effective to reflect the relationship between the parameters and the function and the arithmetic is available in shortening time.
