摘要:

为了实现对机场场面运动目标的精确跟踪,研究了将交互式多模型(interacting multiple model, IMM)滤波算法应用到机场场面监视雷达对运动目标的跟踪中。首先,根据飞机的真实运动情况建立了飞机的匀加速运动、匀速转弯运动及匀速运动模型,然后,利用无迹卡尔曼滤波(unscented Kalman filter, UKF)与IMM相结合的UKF-IMM算法对场面雷达监视的飞机的运动进行了跟踪建模,并将UKFIMM算法与基于扩展卡尔曼滤波(extended Kalmam filter, EKF)的EKF-IMM和基于当前统计模型的单模型跟踪算法进行仿真比较。结果表明,UKF-IMM跟踪算法在雷达场面跟踪方面具有更大的应用价值。

Abstract:

To track the moving targets precisely on the airport surface, the interacting multiple model (IMM) algorithm is applied to realize the surface movement radar (SMR) tracking of targets. Firstly, according to the actual movement of aircraft, the paper establishes a constant acceleration motion model, constant turn motion model and constant velocity motion model. Then, the UKF-IMM filter algorithm (IMM based on the unscented Kalman filter) is applied to the airport surface movement target tracking. Finally, UKF-IMM is compared with the IMM algorithm based on the extended Kalmam filter (EKF) and the single model tracking algorithm based on current statistical model. Simulation results show that UKF-IMM algorithm is more reliable than the other two algorithms on tracking of moving targets on airport surface.
