摘要:

通过对效率定义的研究,分析了影响保障设备效率的约束因素,给出了保障设备效率的定义。利用保障活动规划网络图给出了在研制阶段进行保障设备数量预测的方法,并通过保障资源预测中的过程数据得出了保障资源利用率的预测方法。在证明保障设备需求数量服从泊松分布的基础上,结合已有的排队论理论基础,给出了保障设备配置满足率的预测算法。最后通过实例对所提出的保障设备配置效率预测模型进行了验证。

Abstract:

The factors affecting the allocation efficiency of support equipment in a logistic system are studied at the beginning. The definition of allocation efficiency is presented meanwhile. Basing on the multilevel network model of logistic systems, the forecasting methods for the number of support equipment and the utilization rate are given. The stochastic process of number of products to be repaired obeys Poisson process; the estimating model of the fill rate is developed by using the queue theory. Finally, an example is given to demonstrate the practicability of the presented estimate method.
