摘要:

分析了影响多信号建模与诊断策略设计正确性的要素,包括测试性要求、系统结构与功能原理、测试原理、可靠性。建立了多信号建模与诊断策略设计的工程化操作流程,包括建模准备阶段、建模过程阶段、审查阶段。其中,建模准备阶段的工作是确保模型正确性的关键环节。针对测试点不足的情况,进一步给出了测试点增补设计应考虑的因素和设计流程。以某液压操纵系统为案例进行了多信号建模与诊断策略设计、测试点增补设计的工程化应用,验证了方法的可行性和效果。

Abstract:

The affected elements of the accuracy about multi signal modeling and diagnosis strategy design are analyzed. These elements include the testability requirement, the system structure and function principle, the test principle and reliability. The engineering operation flow of multi signal modeling and diagnosis strategy design is established, which includes the modeling preparation phase, the modeling process phase, and the review phase. The modeling preparation phase is a key step to ensure the accuracy of model. The factors and design flow about adding test points are given to resolve the problem of insufficient test points. A hydraulic control system is taken as an example for the engineering application, which includes multi signal modeling, diagnosis strategy design and adding test points. The result shows that this method is feasible and effective.
