摘要:

针对库存备件补充时机及配置方案问题,提出了面向系统优化的备件动态配置方法。以系统供应可用度作为度量标准,提出了确定备件动态补充时机的方法;以系统供应可用度、备件费用互为优化目标和约束条件,建立了面向系统优化、基于边际分析算法的备件配置方案计算模型。给出了算例,并对面向系统优化的备件配置方法与国内普遍采用的基于单项备件优化的计算方法进行了比较分析,验证了本文提出方法的优越性。

Abstract:

Aiming at the problem of spare inventory supplement occasion and configuration program, a dynamic spare configuration method based on system optimization is presented. Firstly, the method of determining dynamic occasion for replenishing spares is presented by using the system supply availability as a measure; then the spares configuration optimization model based on the marginal analysis is built through taking the system supply availability and spares cost as the optimization target and constraints. The paper gives an example, and the spare configuration method based on system optimization and the method based on single spare, which is used generally in China, are compared. The comparative result verifies the benefit of the presented method.
