摘要:

利用调频广播、电视等外辐射源信号对目标进行无源定位和跟踪是空中目标监视与探测领域的一个重要发展方向,而确定有效的定位方法是系统实现的一个关键技术难题。叙述了基于外辐射源信号目标探测系统利用时差和方向信息实现对目标单点定位的基本原理,详细分析了对于地面固定接收站和空中运动观测平台两种场景下的目标定位精度。并计算分析了对于基于调频广播信号和基于电视信号两种目标探测系统测时差精度和位置精度对目标定位精度的影响。研究结果对定位系统的设计和工程实现具有重要的参考价值。

Abstract:

Exploiting non-cooperative transmissions, such as multiple commercial FM radio stations or television stations, to passively detect and track airborne targets, the passive surveillance technology is becoming a promising research field. One of the key problems for the passive surveillance system is to determine the effective location method. The location principle utilizing the time-difference-of-arrival (TDOA) and angle-of-arrival (AOA) is discussed and the location precisions for airborne targets are analyzed. Particularly, the location precisions for two kinds of passive surveillance systems utilizing FM broadcast and TV signals respectively are evaluated. The obtained results are of great importance for the design and realization of the locating system.
