摘要:

在将防空雷达预警监视装备体系作战能力辨析为固有作战能力和实际作战效能的基础上,提出了由“基于能力”的体系固有能力层面静态优化和“面向任务,基于效果”作战效能层面动态优化组成的一种新型体系作战能力优化模式——“双层铰链模式”。并给出了该模式的逻辑框图,同时对逻辑框图中的优化过程进行了阐述。最后,通过对某类复杂对抗背景下的防空雷达预警监视装备体系作战能力优化的实例分析,验证了该优化模式的可行性和可信性。

Abstract:

On the basis of campaign capabilities of air-defense radar early warning surveillance equipment system-of-system (SoS) defined for inherent campaign capabilities and actual campaign efficiency, a new optimization mode of campaign capabilities—“doubledecker hinge mode” is put forward, which is composed of the static optimization of SoS inherent capabilities “based on capabilities” and the dynamic optimization of SoS campaign efficiency“based on facing to task and effect”, and the logic frame of the mode and the optimization process are expounded. Finally, an example of campaign capabilities optimization of air-defense radar early warning surveillance equipment SoS in complex confront background is provided to validate the feasibility and creditability of the mode.
