摘要:

平均保障延误时间是作战单元保障系统保障能力的重要指标。在分析作战单元防空间歇任务要求的基础上,定义了恢复度函数,并基于作战单元受损装备轻损、中损和重损的比例关系,通过曲线拟合得到了分布函数表达式,以此建立了作战单元防空间歇任务到平均保障延误时间的转换模型,为作战单元其他任务到保障要求的转换提供了思路。最后,以某三个作战单元防空间歇任务为例,对转换模型的任务要求输入参数进行灵敏度分析,结果验证了该转换模型的正确性和实用性。

Abstract:

Mean logistic delay time is an important index of the capability of combat unit support systems. Based on analyzing combat unit aerial defence mission requirement, a maintainability function is defined, and based on the different damage proportions of combat unit materiel damaged, the function expression and transformation model of combat unit aerial defence mission to mean logistic delay time (MLDT) are given, which can be used for the transformation of combat unit other missions. Finally, the practicability of the transformation model is illustrated by an example including three combat units aerial defence missions, and the sensitivity of mission requirement import parameters.
