摘要:

针对现代通信系统大量使用的二相相移键控、调幅等非圆信号,为了降低基于扩展传播算子的非圆信号测向算法——扩展传播算子方法(extended propagator method, EPM)的计算量,提出了EPM实值算法。该算法将阵列输出的实部和虚部拼接使用,即对EPM算法中的阵列输出矩阵进行复加权,用实运算实现了EPM算法,降低了计算量。仿真实验证明,新算法的阵列扩展能力及测向精度与EPM算法相当。

Abstract:

Noncircular signals such as binary phase shift keying (BPSK) and amplitude modulation (AM) modulated signals are widely used in modern communication systems. To reduce the computational complexity of the extended propagator method (EPM) which is designed for noncircular signals, the unitary EPM (UEPM) is proposed. The UEPM uses the real and imaginary parts together (i.e., weights the output matrix in the EPM with a complex matrix) to realize the EPM. The computational complexity of UEPM is a quarter of that of EPM. Simulation results show the similar performance between the UEPM and the EPM in array extension and accuracy.
