摘要:

利用平衡计分卡(balanced score card, BSC)建立供应链绩效的评价指标体系,应用层次分析法(analytic hierarchy process, AHP)确定BSC中二级指标体系的指标重要性权重,应用信息熵理论确定BSC中一级指标体系的指标分类权重,最后利用未确知集理论(unascertained set, US)对供应链绩效进行分析与评价。实证分析表明,基于未确知测度模型的供应链绩效评价方法,能够对供应链绩效进行很好的划分与评价,为供应链绩效评价提供了一种新的思路。

Abstract:

The paper firstly establishes an index system of supply chain performance by balanced score card (BSC). Then the weight of the second level index system is determined by AHP, and the weight of the first level index system is determined by IE. Finally, the analysis and evaluation of performance is carried out by unascertained set (US). The experimental result indicates the proposed method can carry out better evaluation. It is a new approach to supply chain performance evaluation.
