Design principle of radar radio frequency stealth signal based on SDIF threshold failure

摘要:

抗分选信号是射频隐身信号的一个重要方向, 其基础是抗分选信号设计原理, 其设计的本质是雷达信号分选算法的失效原理。序列差值直方图(sequential difference histogram, SDIF)算法是工程上广泛使用的一种核心分选算法。本文详细分析了SDIF算法, 指出其门限函数会在信号脉冲重复间隔(pulse repetition interval, PRI)值服从长度为PRI最小间隔20倍以上的区间分布时失效, 并通过公式推导进行了证明。信号仿真、分选系统实验及信号对比实验进一步验证了SDIF门限失效原理的正确性,为射频隐身抗分选信号设计提供了理论支撑, 可以提高射频隐身抗分选信号的设计效率。

Abstract:

Anti-sorting signal is an important direction of radio frequency (RF) stealth signal. It is based on the principle of anti-sorting signal design. In essence, the basis of the anti-sorting signal design is the failure principle of radar signal sorting algorithm. Sequential difference histogram (SDIF) algorithm is a core sorting algorithm widely used in engineering field. Firstly, SDIF algorithm is analyzed in detail in this paper. It is pointed out that the threshold function of SDIF algorithm will fail when the signal pulse repetition interval (PRI) value obeys the interval distribution whose length is more than 20 times of the PRI minimum interval, and the conclusion above is then proved by formula derivation. At last, the correctness of SDIF threshold failure principle is further verified by signal simulation, sorting system experiment and signal contrast experiment. The principle of SDIF sorting threshold failure provides theoretical support for anti-sorting RF stealth signal design and can improve the design efficiency of RF stealth anti-sorting signal.
