System capability requirements recommendation method based on RIMER method

Abstract:

As modern combat styles and military information systems have become more complicated, the tasks of military requirements engineering have gradually increased. At present, capability requirements are an important focus of military requirements construction. This paper focuses on the construction phase of capability requirements, uses standardized requirements description, belief rule-base inference methodology using the evidential reasoning (RIMER) and other methods to carry out research on capability-based system requirements recommendation methods. After that, with the background of the engineer's combat mission scenario, a case study is launched, the recommendation of the engineer's capability requirements for the scenario is completed and the feasibility and rationality of the proposed method of capability requirement recommendation is verified. And, the requirement recommendation is brought into the military requirement scenario, a new method applied to the requirement generation of military complex system is obtained, which accelerates the generation of capability requirement.
