Abstract:

For the problem that the products performance is gradually degraded due to different factors, firstly, the degradation mechanism of product failure caused by the performance degradation is analyzed. The products performance indicator are degenerated by both the digression factors that are continuance influencing factors and discreteness influencing factors. Secondly, the degradation model of products performance indicator under the action of multiple degradation mechanism is set up based on the diffusion process and accumulative failure theory. The estimation methods of the model's parameters and the reliability assessment of the performance degradation products are performed. Finally, the data of drift voltage departing from zero of acoustic echosounder and measurement data of vibration amplitude of hydraulic coupler are studied, which demonstrates that this method is feasible and effective.

Key words: performance degradation, reliability evaluation, diffusion process, nonhomogeneous Poisson process
