Abstract:

The reliability of interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy multi-criteria group decision making aggregation results is the basis for realizing group consensus, which not only reflects the effectiveness of the group aggregation results but also affects the adjustment behavior of individual opinions.Firstly, based on the analysis of the existing eight aggregation operators, the group consensus model is designed with the individual average consistency as the order inducing variable. Secondly, in order to improve the reliability of the group aggregation results, the adjustment threshold is designed by statistical test methods based on the group average consistency of each alternative under each criterion, and the model is optimized to adjust the group aggregation results with the optimal similarity as the constraint. Finally, the applicability of the method is illustrated by an example. The comparative analysis shows the superiority of the method in the realization of group consensus.
