1.使用坐标下降算法,利用式(10)和式(12)求出对应的U(m)和W(m), m=0。 1)固定U(m)和W(m),求出V(m+1)的驻点表达式(18) 2)将式(18)代入式(16),先后初始化λ(m, n)={λ1, λ2, …, λK}和ν(m, n)={ν1, ν2, …, νI}为大于0的向量, n=0。 3)使用交替优化算法求解式(20) repeat: 3-1)固定ν(m, n)然后通过的改进梯度下降算法求解λ(m, n+1)。 3-2)固定λ(m, n)然后通过改进的梯度下降算法求解ν(m, n+1)。 3-3)当目标函数式(20)收敛或达到最大迭代次数nmax时退出循环,否则n=n+1。 4)计算出λ和ν后,通过式(18)计算出V(m+1)。 5)已知V(m+1)计算加权1范数的权值式(13)。 2.更新出新的V(m+1),判断式(15)目标函数是否收敛,收敛或者达到最大迭代次数mmax则结束,否则m=m+1跳到1中。 |
