Abstract: According to the evaluation methods of group AHP,the existing determining weights methods take into account the specific content of the expert’s consistency, but it is lack of the measure of logic of experts themselves. So it may occur that although the final evaluation result is similar to the group consensus, the judge result is not original intention of a certain expert. However,it is given the same weight to the other experts. For this,a new method for deriving experts weights based on judgment matrix and cluster analysis is presented,in which, the collating vectors of an individual expert are classified with hierarchical clustering principle, and the expert weight coefficients are determined according to the result of classification and individual judgment matrix. Finally,a numerical example shows that the method is feasible and effective.
