Abstract:

High frequency surface wave radar works in shortwave band, and there are lots of radio frequency (RF) interferences, which cannot be eliminated completely and affects the estimation of targets. According to the time characteristics of interference after mixing and lowpass-filter, a method of RF interference suppression based on compressed sensing is proposed. This method can estimate the target range exactly with a few of sample data, which cannot to be interfered. Theoretic analysis and experimental results show the validity of the proposed method.
