Simulation method of system of systems based on stochastic statecharts

Abstract:

The characteristics of system of systems（SoS） and its needs of performance analysis based on simulation are described. Two traditional bottom-up and top-down simulation methods are introduced, and their advantages and disadvantages are discussed. On the basis of introducing the basic concept of statecharts, stochastic statecharts and surrogate model, a new simulation method adapting to SoS performance analysis is proposed, and a simulation case of the ballistic missile early warning information system is presented to test the feasibility of this new method.
