Abstract:

At present, the health state of airborne electronic countermeasure system is unknown, and its operational use and support decision lack reliable support. Therefore, a quantitative evaluation method for airborne electronic countermeasure system health state is proposed using combination weighting method and normal cloud model. Firstly, according to the main capabilities and its performance indicators of airborne electronic countermeasure system, the health state evaluation index system is established. Then, the subjective and objective weights of each index are synthesized by the combination weighting method. Next, the normalized data is input into the corresponding normal cloud model to map the membership degree of each index to each health status level, and the health state assessment of the system is carried out level by level. Finally, the correctness and advantages of the proposed method are verified by an example, and both randomness and fuzziness are reflected in the evaluation results.

Key words: electronic countermeasure system, health state assessment, normal cloud model, combination weighting
