Abstract:

For the time-division information systems, such as radar, data-link, etc., the self-interference generated in the transmit time slot affects the weights of non-cooperative interference cancellation. The effects of the degree of freedom of the auxiliary antenna array on the transient convergence performance of the non-cooperative interference cancellation is analyzed. The weight-holding method is proposed for the non-cooperative interference cancellation system. The performance boundary and influence factors of the steady output power of the interference cancellation is derived, in the inhomogeneous main-auxiliary antenna array scenario. The results show that the weight-holding method can avoid the self-interference influence. By increasing the number of the auxiliary antennas, the convergence performance and the interference cancellation performance can be improved. The proposed method enhance both the transient and steady performance of the non-cooperative interference cancellation system on the condition of incomplete antenna array freedom. This paper provides a guidance for the non-cooperative interference cancellation system design for radars.
