Combat system effectiveness evaluation method based on coordination and network effects

Abstract:

To address the problem of difficult integration of coordination effects and reflection of network characteristics in the evaluation of combat system effectiveness, a combat system effectiveness evaluation method combining coordinated effect model (CEM) and three-dimensional weight coupling (TDWC) is proposed. A weighted directed combat system network model is constructed, combined with a hierarchical fuzzy assignment method to quantify node and edge capabilities. Based on the interaction mechanism of combat elements, six types of collaborative effect models are established, and a CEM based combat chain effectiveness evaluation method is proposed. On this basis, an TDWC model that integrates timeliness, integrated centrality, and resilience is constructed, forming a combat system effectiveness evaluation model based on CEM-TDWC. Through simulation verification in four combat scenarios, the proposed method can more accurately reflect the coupling effect of node capabilities, collaborative effects, and network topology, and more scientifically reflect the system’s combat capabilities. This research provides a new research approach for the theoretical innovation of combat system effectiveness evaluation.
