Abstract:

Aiming at the "state imbalance" in traditional air combat situation threat assessment and the difficulty in reflecting the differences in individual decision-makers' behaviors, a situation weight analysis method based on variable weight theory and a time series weight generation algorithm based on normal cumulative distribution are firstly proposed to process the situation information of air combat at multiple times and solve the problem of dynamic matching of attribute parameters and weights. Secondly, considering the characteristics of pilots' bounded rationality and individual behavior differences with the complicated situation information, a mixed air combat multi-target threat assessment method based on the fuzzy dynamic interactive multi-criteria decision-making (FD-TODIM) algorithm is proposed. Meanwhile, simulation verification and analysis are carried out. The simulation results show that the model can fully explore the influence of historical information, effectively integrate the complicated information of the mixed air combat situation at multiple times, and generate practical air combat threat situation assessment results according to the individual differences of different pilots.

Key words: dynamic threat assessment, mixed situation, fuzzy dynamic interactive multi-criteria decision-making (FD-TODIM), individual behavior
