Abstract:

Based on modeling and advantage analysis of multiple-tone jamming, using jamming efficient carrier-to-noise ratio as the jamming effect evaluation index, according to the spectrum characteristic of global positioning system C/A code, P(Y) code and M code signals, a multipletone jamming frequency offset setting method to three kinds of GPS spread spectrum code signals is derived. Considering the influence of frequency domain filtering, the uniform determination principles of the multiple tone jamming multiple tone number to three kinds of GPS spread spectrum code signals are acquired. The simulation results show that the effectiveness of optimized multipletone jamming is greater than the matching spectrum and band limited Gaussian noise jamming under the same jamming-to-signal ratio condition, requiring minimum jamming power for causing three kinds of GPS spread spectrum code signal phase locked loop lock lose is respectively -120 dBW, -108 dBW and -104 dBW, lower than -115 dBW,  -106 dBW and -102 dBW of the matching spectrum as well as -113 dBW, -105 dBW and -101 dBW of the band limited Gaussian noise.
