Abstract: The use and maintenance data of an airplane is an important basis for assessing the service reliability of aircraft. At present, there is no systematic research on aircraft reliability evaluation technology based on aircraft use and maintenance data, and few research results can be combined with the actual situation of military aircraft use. Based on the massive data accumulated in the daily activities of aviation equipment, this paper makes full use of data mining technology to acquire information related to aircraft training, maintenance, repair, use and so on. An aircraft reliability model is established that describes the reliability of the aircraft with the change of flight strength and service life. This model can be used in actual combat or training environment to predict the reliability of aircraft.
