Abstract:

For the problem that the marginal effect method cannot be used by the multiechelon technology for recoverable item control model when the spare part criticality is different, the warship formation which carries the spares is taken as the research context in Somalia, and the optimized method of initial inventory is proposed which is based on the criticality of spare part. Firstly, the evaluation index system of the criticality which is affected by the factors of spare parts is proposed. It is a kind of complex problem with the characteristics of vagueness. The fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (FAHP) is used to analyze the relative weighting relationship between the index of critical spare parts and others, the solving method of fuzzy judgment matrix and its consistency is given out. Secondly, the mathematic model and solving flow of the criticality of spare part is proposed which is based on the Monte Carlo simulation method. Once more, the marginal effect method is improved. The warship spare part inventory optimization model is established which is based on the spare part criticality. Finally, the research result shows that the solving model of the criticality of spare part which is based on the FAHP and Monte Carlo method can reduce the influence of subjectivity. The operation process of model is simple and it can be easily achieved. The improved marginal effect method is used to solve the warship spares inventory. The critical spare part which is relatively high should be paid more attention meanwhile balance the general.
