Abstract:

To mitigata the co-tier interference among femtocells and the cross tier interference between femtocell and macrocell in the heterogeneous network, a clusterbased resource management scheme is proposed. The proposed scheme includes two parts: in the first part, the three round subchannel allocation algorithm is adopted to assign subchannel to the macro users, then the power is allocated in waterfilling fashion. In the other part, femtocells are divided into disjoint groups by improved genetic simulated annealing algorithm, and then femtocells perform subchannel and power allocation by heuristic algrithm and Karush-Kuhn-Tucker condition. Simulation results show that the proposed scheme suppresses effectively that two interference, not only satisfies the data rate requirements of users, but also improves the spectrum efficiency.
