Abstract:

Focusing on the problem that the current research assuming single life distribution, the multi-objective-optimization configuration model on warship based on multiple demand distribution is presented. According to renewal theory, the fill rate model of exponential, weibull and normal distribution are established respectively, and then the fill rate model for system is established. Combined with the cost objective, the multi-objective optimization configuration model for fill rate and cost is established with volume and mass of special-equipment-materials as constraints. The technique for order preference by similarity to ideal solution (TOPSIS) method is introduced in identifying nearness of allocation plan, and it is also fitness function of the genetic algorithm. The optimal allocation plan is obtained, and the relationships between objectives and constraints are analyzed. The result shows the model and algorithm’s convenience and applicability in materials optimization of complex equipment, which offers a new idea for synthesis decision of special equipment materials allocation.
