Abstract:

With analyses of multilevel structure and indicator’s characteristics of major weapon equipment, a modeling and analysis method based on multi dimensional mapping is proposed. The transitive relationships between overall operational readiness and indicators of subsystem and its equipment are discussed. The multilevel coordinated optimization allocation model of overall readiness indicators which can meet all the requirements and get the lowest technical and economic cost is explored. With the example of the navy vessel, the indicator requirements of different equipments’ reliability and maintainability are established based on operation intensity of the navy vessel’s subsystems, which are considered as the model’s input data. According to the multivariate optimization characteristics of the model, typical examples are selected and calculated with the genetic algorithm based on floatencoding (FEGA). An excellent coordinated optimization allocation solution is obtained based on trade off analyses, meanwhile, indicators in the allocation solution are also analyzed comprehensively. The upper results lay a foundation for the design, development and certification test of the major weapon equipment.
