Abstract:

With complex structure and huge system, higher requirements for reliability of ocean warship armaments are emphasized. Reliability research with respect to the complex system about warship armaments is of great significance to control manufacture costs and make maintenance decision. Take double boiler turbine generator repairable system as an example, a multi-state system model for reliability analysis is established. Then by the introducing universal generating operator and the universal generating function, the availability, expected output performance, and performance deficiency for complex multi-state system are calculated, and the steady-state numerical value and the instantaneous change law about those parameters are provided. Research shows that the calculating method adopted in this paper is much better than the Markov straightforward method, with good generality, strong applicability, and fewer computing resources. Moreover, the simulation result indicates that the multi-state model established here is reasonable, which can effectively reflect the change law of reliability with regard to complex multi-state system, and can provide technology reference for reliability assessment, equipment-purchase, and maintenance decision.
