Abstract:

he modelbased networked control system (MBNCS) is investigated by the average dwell time approach. The MBNCS has attracted extensive attention of scholars since it is proposed, due to its capacity of reducing the usage of network bandwidth on the premise of guarantying the 〖JP2〗system performance. Firstly, several〖JP〗 usually used strategies for reducing the usage of network bandwidth in networked control systems are summarized. Secondly, the MBNCS is modeled as a switched system, and the sufficient condition is given by using the average dwell time approach based on the switched model. Finally, the stabilizing controller is designed with the Lyapunov stability theory and linear matrix inequality (LMI) method. A simulation demonstrates the effectiveness of the proposed scheme.
