Abstract:
A translational compensation algorithm of micromotion with spectrum aliasing for narrowband radar is proposed. It is done in highorder and loworder spectrum aliasing cases. Based on the analysis of these two aliasing cases, the translational can be fast degraded by approximating the aliasing frequency as a linear frequency modulation sawtooth wave in highorder spectrum aliasing cases. To deal with the loworder spectrum aliasing, the timefrequency image is expanded in frequency, and then the timefrequency curve without frequency ambiguity can be extracted based on morphological image processing. Finally, the leastsquare fitting of polynomial is utilized in the curve for translational compensation. Simulations are given to validate the effectiveness and robustness of the proposed algorithm.
