Effectiveness evaluation method for HPM weapon’s electronic damage

Abstract:

In order to comprehensively consider all elements in the progress of high-power microwave (HPM) weapon’s electronic damage and provide different grades of damage under certain probability, the gray Bayesian networks evaluation method HPM weapon’s electronic damage is proposed. By analyzing the progress of HPM weapon’s electronic damage, the evaluation index system of damage is established, and the analytic hierarchy method and entropy weight method are used to ensure the weight of each index. The uniform score rule based on the grade of membership according to each index’s value is defined, and with this entry HPM weapon’s electronic damage rank model and damage probability model are built in virtue of the gray and Bayesian networks theory. The evaluation value intervals of four kinds of damage grades are provided, and the damage probability under certain damage grade is calculated. Finally, the method is verified by an example and the fine result is acquired. The evaluation  method can provide certain reference value to quantitatively research HPM weapon’s electronic damage.
