Abstract:

For the complex relation and lots of influences of ballistic missile offense defense, this paper systematically describes the construction of the evaluation index system method and principle, and scientifically constructs a missile penetration effectiveness evaluation index system. In view of the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) existing problem in the application, the firefly algorithm (FA) is used to optimize AHP and the FA-AHP is put forward. The judgment matrix consistency check problem comes down to a non-liner combination optimization problem, and the judgment matrix consistency check and sort weighting of each element are solved. Algorithm performance and example analysis preliminarily prove that FA-AHP is intuitive and practical, and the result is stable and highly precise, with popularization and application value in system engineering.
