Abstract:

When the fleet executes short term mission, it has no charge in halfway. A two stage repair model according the multi-echelon technology for recoverable item control (METRIC) model is built to solve this problem, which can assess the probability of success for mission and optimize spare parts scheme. The combination of binomial distribution and hypergeometric distribution is used to solve the problem, but the probability of success is difficult to solve when the redundancy numbers of component and line replaceable unit (LRU) change with time. Finally, an example which has got a spare parts plan throw marginal algorithm optimization is given, and it analyzes the mission success probability of the fleet on different stages. The result is consistent with the reality.
