Abstract:

To solve the problem that general evaluation system cannot conduct the internationalization management capability evaluation of different business units and different development stages of large enterprises, an evaluation model based on analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and fuzzy theory is put forward. The business units and the different stages of the same unit are incorporated into one system, so that an effective comprehensive evaluation system is built. Therefore， the capability evaluation result of large enterprise internationaization management is obtained.
