Abstract:

To overcome the difficulties for ship-borne gun support organization to realize dynamic, efficient and accurate support under complex and changing conditions, the thought of enhancing the organizational flexibility is introduced. By analyzing the organization characters, flexibility definition and description requirements, the polychromatic-hierarchical network model used to describe the support organization of ship-borne gun is proposed, and the organization structure, node attributes and conjunctions between nodes are explained in detail. Adding the step of flexible reconfiguration to the basic support flow, the specific reconfiguration arithmetic is proposed. The multi-measurement parameters and method of organizational flexibility are given then. Finally, by contrasting the simulation results of the flexibility measurement parameters after flexible and random reconfiguration, the validity and feasibility of the proposed methods are illustrated, and the guidance for designing and optimizing the support organization flexibility of ship-borne guns is indicated.
