Abstract:

For the limitation of the traditional method in determining the weight of evaluator in the group evaluation, a method for determining the weight of evaluator based on  perspective of  stakeholder perspective is proposed. The concept of self-determination evaluation is adopted into the group evaluation, and evaluation indexes are used to distinguish who are potential competitors and who are potential partners. In the determination of the weight of evaluator, the dominant position of the evaluation group is given, more voice of evaluators with emotion factors is gotten through improving self-advantage and depressing rivals, then the satisfied weight of evaluators for most people is obtained. Finally, the effectiveness of the proposed method is illustrated by a numerical example.
