Abstract:

In order to study the selfadaptive reconstruction mechanism of command and control (C2) system under the information age, the adaptive reconstruction model (ARM) is proposed, which includes trigger mechanism, edge repair strategy, topology reconstruction strategy and reconstruction evaluation. Among them edge repair strategy and topology reconstruction strategy are the focus. With regard to edge repairing, the self adaptive repair strategy is put forward, while for topology reconstructing, four topology reconstruction strategies such as up grade reconstruction, skip grade reconstruction, switch reconstruction, combination reconstruction are proposed. As simulation results show, in the condition of taking reconstruction costs and reconstruction effects, the proposed strategies have an advantage over other strategies. Also it is objectively measure the degree of C2 system reconstruction process.
