Abstract:
In the weak target with high speed environment, the target is often maneuverable, so good anti maneuvering and good anti noise performances are needed for the algorithm of velocity estimation in the modulated stepped frequency radar. The velocity measure performance of range Doppler coupling and cross correlation inner frame are analyzed in detail. Both theory analysis and simulation results show that the acceleration impacts greatly on the cross correlation inner frame velocity estimation but little on the rang Doppler coupling velocity measure. The speed search algorithm based on the quadratic phase influence is presented furthermore. The anti noise performance of each algorithm is analyzed and simulated. The simulation results indicate they can work well in the low SNR. The algorithm can receive large velocity measure scope and high precise estimation, and also it is well real time and easy to the project application.
