Abstract:

The paper defines separately the connections of decision makers and indexes, which are created by experts, they express their preferences under given problems as given decision making environment. Also the paper defines the given importance of experts and the given consistency of preference from the matrixes. The final conclusion is drawn by three adjustments, first justify the consistency of preference under the given importance of experts, second adjust the weights under the given consistency of preference, and finally aggregate all the information according to the impotence of experts. The method could find the special index so as to optimize the decision making flow more efficiently.
