Abstract:

Compared to a traditional nocarrier pulse ground penetrating radar, the steppedfrequency ground penetrating radar (SFGPR) has many advantages on detection performance. Since its work frequencies increase in stepped mode, the SFGPR system has low imaging speed. A novel imaging algorithm of the CSSFGPR system based on compressive sensing (CS) theory is introduced. The experimental results show that the CSSFGPR system reduces the data collection time and improves imaging speed.
