Expert weights determination method and realization algorithm based on interval numbers group decision matrices

Abstract:

An expert weights determination method based on interval numbers group decision matrices is proposed and realized by utilizing the adaptive iterative algorithm for the multi-attribute group decision-making problem that the interval group decision-making matrix is the perference information of experts. Firstly, the concept of interval numbers and group decision matrices of experts is introduced. Then, the expert integrated weights using weighted geometric coefficients are calculated. Meanwhile the differences between each individual expert decision matrix and group expert decision matrix are given to determine the objective expert weights. In the end, the stable results of objective expert weights and integrated expert weights are achieved after several iterations. The feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method are approved by an instance.
