Abstract: A sampled-data controller design method is proposed for a class of fuzzy systems with Markovian jump parameters by using multiple Lyapunov functions. This kind of controller guarantees the exponentially mean square stability and the stochastic stability of the closed-loop system. In terms of engineering application, the discrete-time controller and continuous-time controlled object are considered. In the model of systems, each jump mode is formulated by a T-S fuzzy model to which a parallel distributed compensation controller is proposed. Each fuzzy subsystem is also guaranteed to be asymptotically stable. The solvability condition of the above controller can be equivalent to the feasibility problem of coupled linear matrix inequalities(LMIs) which can be solved efficiently by available software toolbox. Finally,a numerical example is given to verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method.
