Research on area shoot method for anti-ship missile

Abstract:

For further exploiting the search ability of anti-ship missile (ASM), while considering its application characteristics, the area shoot method for ASM is presented. To meet both predetermined search probability and kill probability of shoot plan, and minimize the missile amount required, the predetermined catch probability satisfied calculation method for aim point interval, the calculation method for aim point interval of optimal kill probability, and the calculation method for missile quantity required are proposed. The numerical simulations are conducted with different initial conditions, and this method is compared with method of simulation statistics and existing method respectively. The results suggest that this method is qualified with acceptable accuracy, and the shoot plans calculated meet the predetermined catch probability and kill probability. Compared with existing method, this method is further optimized, and the solving procedure for shoot plan and the parameters for command and control are more complete, providing better support both theoretically and technically for tactical application of ASM.
