Spacecraft system engineering development management platform based on lean and collaborative concept

Abstract: In order to improve the capacity of spacecraft system engineering development management, a spacecraft system engineering development management platform based on the advanced lean and collaborative concept is proposed to combine the development flow, working package and product information through dissecting development management concerns and requirements. It constructs the development flow through analyzing the development process to realize all works intelligent processing, explicit management and monitoring; constructs working package through analyzing development component elements to realize organically combination, interaction and synergism of all elements; constructs product information package through analyzing the spacecraft product structure to realize unified management, overall combination and deep application of all information. The spacecraft system engineering development management platform is based on the technology of enterprise service bus (ESB), Web Service and simple object access protocol, which is composed of source layer, service layer, ESB layer and application layer. It realizes all process and elements lean, collaborative and intelligent management and process monitoring.
