Handover of guidance from midcourse to terminal in the maneuvering target interception based on multiplatform information#br#

Abstract:

The probability of guidance handover from midcourse to terminal of antiaircraft missile’s seeker will decrease when multiplatform information especially skybased sensor is used, which is caused by the accuracy decrease and target maneuver error. To solve this problem, the measurement error transmission model of the airbased platform is constructed, and the current statistical model and the converted measurement Kalman filtering algorithm are used to detect the target maneuver. The handover performance simulation is performed using the seeker targetsearching algorithm based on the target location forecast. Using these models can improve the handover performance of guidance from midcourse to terminal of the antiaircraft missile, which is verified by the simulation results.
