Abstract:

A new jamming method for waveform agile synthetic aperture radar(SAR) is proposed—Doppler shiftfrequency intermittent sampling repeater jamming. Firstly, by utilizing the coupling relationship between the azimuth time delay and Doppler shiftfrequency of frequency modulation slope jittered SAR, the Doppler shiftfrequency jamming method is proposed. Then, in order to produce multiple false targets with the accurate azimuth location, combined with the azimuth intermittent sampling repeater jamming, the mechanism of Doppler shiftfrequency intermittent sampling repeater jamming is researched, and the jamming effect and influencing factors are analyzed in detail. Finally, in order to produce fronted and lagged false targets at the same time, the jamming application model is established, and the energy compensation coefficient of each false target and the method of producing multiple sets of false targets are brought forward. The jamming application model can meet the needs of protecting key targets and important areas. Theoretical analysis and computer simulation justify the validity and efficiency.
