Abstract:

Operational analytic simulation is a crucial fundamental issue in research on the high level decision-making system. However, current studies are not aimed at high level operations, thus cannot solve the problems raised from the large scale and complex war system. By investigating the status of operational simulation in the high level decision-making system, some fundamental issues, which lie in development of the simulation system, are analyzed. The framework of operational simulation in the high level decision-making system is then proposed, which is based on command and control-driven model design, model-driven system development, and data-driven system running. The research studies operational simulation in the high level decision-making system as a whole, and sorts out the design ideals, which provides directions for the building of the simulation.
