Abstract:
The trajectory characteristics of large caliber projectiles change a lot after installing the two-dimension course correction fuze. The trajectory characteristics, like ballistic drift, and the trajectory correction mechnism are important issues needed to be researched. Based on the equation of the attack angle, the analytic formula of the dynamic equilibrium angle and drift is developed when the shell is in the no-control and control state, then the influence factors are analyzed. The way to ballistic drift value computing is acquired by using the frozen-coefficient method. Through studying the influence of correction on the dynamic equilibrium angle and attack angle, the correction mechanism is found. Simulation results show that the projectile spin angle velocity of the shell, fire angle, flight time, and the roll angle of the fixed-canards are important influencing factors of the drift, and that the 〖JP2〗drift computing method can acquire the drift value exactly.
